By using pittsburghtireshop.com you agree to these terms. The site is provided as-is for informational purposes — pricing, availability, and offers shown online are confirmed at the counter or over the phone before any work begins.
Quotes and pricing
Online pricing is a starting point for the most common vehicle and tire combinations. Final price depends on tire size, vehicle, parts availability, and any additional work you authorize. We'll always quote the exact total before we start; no surprise charges.
Service warranty
Tire installations carry a road-hazard guarantee per the tire manufacturer's policy. Brake jobs are backed by our 12-month / 12,000-mile workmanship warranty. Used tires include a 30-day road-hazard guarantee. Bring your receipt for any warranty claim.
Appointments and cancellations
Appointments held by phone. If you can't make your slot, call us so we can give it to another customer — no penalty.
Payment
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, Synchrony Car Care, Affirm, and Snap Finance. Final approval and terms for financed purchases are set by the lender, not by Pittsburgh Tire Shop.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pittsburgh Tire Shop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our total liability for any claim related to a service ticket is limited to the amount paid for that service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of Allegheny County, PA.
